Just a standard 13A plug socket and around 1 m² of floor space. No extraction, no plumbing, no structural work required. We handle everything else.
That's entirely up to you. Employees or residents can pay directly at the fridge, or you can subsidise partially or fully as a workplace benefit. You can adjust the model at any time.
Restocking is calibrated to your actual consumption, typically 2–5 visits per week. We monitor stock levels in real time so you never face an empty fridge.
From first conversation to live fridge is typically 3–5 weeks. We handle the site survey, delivery, install and initial stocking. On-site work takes a single day.
Every restock includes options across high-protein, vegan, vegetarian, halal, gluten-free and low-carb ranges. We can also tailor the menu to meet the specific dietary needs of your space and employees.
We work best for spaces with around 50 people or more on-site. Book a consultation and we'll tell you honestly whether it's the right fit for your building.
Hatch manages maintenance, service recovery and all issues directly. You don't need to lift a finger. This is our operation, not yours.
